1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “T&Cs”) apply to all sales concluded between:

AZKOR MEDIA – FZCO, a company registered in Dubai under trade license number 36395, with its registered office at Dubai Silicon Oasis, DDP, Building A1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (hereinafter referred to as “Bionutrity”), and any individual purchasing products for personal use via the Bionutrity website (hereinafter referred to as the “Client” or “Clients”).

The T&Cs govern the conditions of ordering, payment, delivery, and handling of any returns of products ordered by Clients on the Bionutrity website. By placing an order on our website, Clients agree to comply with these terms. These T&Cs are intended to ensure a transparent and secure transaction for both Bionutrity and the Client.

2. Products Offered

Bionutrity specializes in the sale of dietary supplements. Our product range includes:

  • Plant extracts
  • Probiotic products

The primary characteristics of each product, including specifications, illustrations, usage instructions, and ingredient lists, are detailed on the respective product pages. Clients are encouraged to review this information thoroughly before placing an order to ensure the product meets their needs.

2.1 Product Information

The descriptions provided for each product aim to be as accurate as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to updates in formulations, packaging designs, or other reasons. These changes do not affect the quality or efficacy of the products.

2.2 Packaging Modifications

Bionutrity reserves the right to modify the packaging and design of its products without prior notice. Such changes may occur due to branding updates, improvements in materials, or supply chain considerations. These modifications will not affect the formulation or quality of the products.

2.3 Product Use Disclaimer

Our dietary supplements are intended for personal use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Clients should consult a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if they are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have any underlying health conditions.

3. Placing an Order

3.1. How to Place an Order

Orders can be placed directly via the Bionutrity website. To place an order, the Client must:

  • Create a “Client Account” with the required personal information, including name, email address, phone number, and shipping address.
  • Add desired products to their online cart.
  • Accept the T&Cs by ticking the relevant box during checkout.
  • Review and confirm their order to ensure all details are correct.
  • Complete payment using one of the available methods.

By placing an order, the Client agrees to comply with these T&Cs without reservation.

3.2. Order Confirmation

The sale will only be deemed final after Bionutrity sends a confirmation email summarizing the order details, including the products ordered, the shipping address, and the payment confirmation. This confirmation email serves as proof of the transaction.

Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their order and must report any errors immediately to our customer support team at [email protected].

3.3. Product Availability

All product offers are subject to stock availability. If a product is out of stock or unavailable at the time of order, the Client will be informed via email. In such cases, the Client may choose to:

  • Receive a refund for the unavailable product.
  • Receive a credit note for the unavailable product to be used on a future purchase.

In the event of a prolonged stock shortage, Bionutrity reserves the right to remove the product from the website.

3.4. Client Account

Creating a Client Account on our website is necessary to place an order. The account allows Clients to manage their orders, track shipments, and update personal information. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. Pricing

All prices listed on the website are in euros (EUR) and include all applicable taxes. Shipping fees, where applicable, are calculated and displayed during the order process.

Free shipping is available for orders over €60, depending on the destination country. For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

Prices may change at any time, but Bionutrity guarantees that the price displayed at the time of order confirmation will be honored.

4.2. Payment Methods

Bionutrity accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
  • PayPal

Payment must be made in full at the time of order. The Client guarantees that they have the necessary authorization to use the chosen payment method.

4.3. Secure Payment

All payment transactions are secured using SSL encryption to protect the Client’s personal and payment information. Bionutrity does not store any payment card information on its servers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary based on the delivery destination. Free shipping is available for orders over €60. For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

5.2. Delivery Times

Delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination. Delivery times may be extended during holiday periods or due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays.

5.3. Damaged or Missing Items

Upon receiving the order, the Client must verify the condition of the package. If the package or product is damaged, the Client should:

  • Refuse the package and notify Bionutrity immediately.
  • Accept the package and note the damage to the delivery carrier.

Bionutrity will replace or refund any damaged products once the issue is verified.

5.4. Address Errors

Clients are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the Client, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. Right of Withdrawal

Clients have a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of receiving their order. To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Products must be unused and unopened.
6.2. Return of Multiple Products

If a Client purchases a multi-product pack (e.g., a 3-month supply) and wishes to return the items, only one month of treatment will be refunded, provided the products are opened. The remaining unopened items must be returned in their original condition.

6.3. Return Process

To return a product, the Client must:

  1. Notify Bionutrity via email at [email protected].
  2. Ship the product to the address provided by Bionutrity.

Shipping costs for returns are the Client’s responsibility unless the return is due to a Bionutrity error.

7. Subscription Service

7.1. Monthly Subscription

Bionutrity offers a monthly subscription service for select products. Clients will receive a recurring monthly delivery of their chosen product. The subscription ensures continuous supply without the need to reorder.

Clients subscribing to a 3-month package will receive three products each month for the duration of the subscription.

7.2. Subscription Cancellation

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by sending an email to [email protected] before the next payment is processed. Failure to do so may result in the next payment being charged.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1. Data Collection

Bionutrity collects personal information, including phone numbers, for the purpose of fulfilling orders and facilitating deliveries. Phone numbers are not used for marketing purposes.

8.2. Data Sharing

Bionutrity does not share Client data with third parties. However, by subscribing to the Bionutrity newsletter, Clients agree to receive offers from Bionutrity and trusted partners.

Clients may opt out of receiving partner offers at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter.

9. Liability

Bionutrity is not responsible for:

  • Non-compliance with the laws of the country to which the products are shipped.
  • Damages resulting from improper use or storage of products by the Client.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Bionutrity website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In the event of a dispute, the Client agrees to seek amicable resolution with Bionutrity before pursuing legal action.
